Wonderful place to stay, I love the floors not being carpeted, at least in our room. Nice beds and very comfortable. This place is very close to downtown, were you can find all kinds of restaurants with plenty of free parking. Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. People staying there are very polite and not noisy, it was almost like we were there by ourselves. Next time we visit Palm Springs we know we will be staying here.

Everything was great. Friendly and quick replies to messages. Chic and clean rooms with all the perks like a bidet and private patio. Decor was beautiful and beds so comfortable. Simple check in and check out. The pool was salt water and heated perfectly. The hot tub was hot and jets set to powerful. It’s like a little secret paradise in the desert. They have it all going on. We plan on making this our go to for our future desert getaways. Oh, and dog friendly!

We had a great stay at The Cactai! The pool and outdoor space was fantastic! We appreciate how clean the whole place was. We had everything we needed in our kitchen, the bed was comfortable with nice linens. Easy access to downtown. Would definitely recommend. Brian the pool guy was super friendly and did a great job of the pool area.And the best part is that it was pet friendly for our spaniel to stay with us.

The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel is very quiet, which we really appreciated. There is no "front desk", so you should plan on communicating via text/phone with the concierge who will reply quickly. Monty is awesome! He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. My main suggestion is it would be helpful to have info in the room on how to work the A/C unit, coffee maker and toilet/bidet. We figured it all out, but if you are technologically challenged or aren't comfortable reaching out to the concierge with questions, you might want to consider a property with someone on-site. However, if you're adventurous and tech-savvy, The Cactai is a nice, quiet, place to stay in the northern Palm Springs area. The refrigerator was stocked with a nice variety of snacks and drinks. The golf putting green was a fun activity. Pool was sparkling clean with comfy lounge areas all around. Not sure if there was supposed to be daily maid service, because our room was not attended to during our stay, but when we ran out of soap in the dispenser and needed fresh towels, the maids were happy to give us more. All the staff were friendly and we received prompt service when we needed something. It was a comfortable stay.

This place was awesome. The outside looks totally plain, but once inside the gate it is like an oasis. Very clean pool and spa. The room was like a hotel room with a cool toilet. We walked to downtown, and it took about 30 minutes. I recommend an Uber at nighttime.

This place is an absolute gem! Rooms and facilities are clean and I loved the decor. I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into creating the retro vibe there. The pool area is so great as well. Very private location but close to everything you need. I had no issues at all during my stay and can’t wait to return!

I'll start off by saying that once we understood the few things about the place, it was great and we'll be back. For instance, the virtual check-in. I was there last weekend for a night while my friends stayed for 2 nights. I really liked the hotel with the exception of the check-in process. I wouldn't have minded it if I was well aware of the process and we got there late. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and I'm used to knowing that once it's booked, all I do is go in to the front desk. I wish the site had it blantantly that you need to check in via email becuase it's only under one small section so if you don't open the tabs you won't see it, like me. After that, the hotel was great. Marie and Antonia (I think that's the pregnant girls name) were so great- super sweet, took our trash and recycles out after the first night so we'd start fresh. The place had everything we needed and more- we were in the suite. Loved the drink options in the frig. The place is clean, colorful and made you feel like you were sitting around a pool in Palm Springs... which is exactly what we did! Loved being able to walk downtown. Loved that it's dog friendly. The couch wasn't the greatest to sleep on but I was only there one night so it was tolerable. We also wished we knew it was a Roku TV and not basic cable because we strolled in right before a playoff football game not realizing we'd have to take a while to figure out how to watch it but once we did, it was no big deal. Just things that newbie guests may be annoyed with but now that I know them, I'll definitely be back.

Your hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything is great, love the self service checkin (wrong code sent, but the text messaging solved the issue quickly). Love the Toto toilet with warm seat in this cold weather. Coffee setup was really good. I left a review on Booking
